Offer-or-Refund Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 6/8/2025
1. Definitions
1.1 “Alexander Medic”, “we”, “our” means Alexander Medic Pty Ltd, registered in Western Australia.
1.2 “Programme” means any Alexander Medic online course covered by this Guarantee (excluding private one-on-one coaching sessions, whether standalone or bundled).
1.3 “Applicant”, “you”, “your” means the individual purchasing the Programme for the purpose of preparing for medical-school interviews.
1.4 “Offer-or-Refund Guarantee” (“Guarantee”) means the contractual promise set out in these Terms.
1.5 “Interview Cycle” means the one (1) medical-school admissions cycle immediately following your Programme purchase.
1.6 “Offer” means a formal, unconditional or conditional place in a medical-degree programme issued in writing by a recognised medical school.
2. Scope of the Guarantee
2.1 This Guarantee applies only to Applicants who:
a) receive at least one (1) interview invitation during the Interview Cycle; and
b) meet all eligibility requirements in Clause 3.
2.2 If you satisfy Clauses 2 and 3 but receive no Offer after completing all scheduled interviews in the Interview Cycle, we will refund 100% of the fees actually paid for the Programme.
2.3 This Guarantee does not apply to:
Private one-on-one coaching sessions (standalone or bundled).
Purchases made before interview offers are released if you do not receive an interview invitation.
Any product or service other than the eligible online course covered by this Guarantee.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a Refund you must, within the same Interview Cycle:

| 3.3 Application outcome evidence – Copies of every interview invitation and final decision (offer / rejection). | Official e-mails or portal screenshots showing your full name, programme, and date. | Within 14 days of your last outcome email. |
| 3.4 Academic & documentation compliance – You met each school’s stated GPA/UCAT/GAMSAT or equivalent cut-offs and submitted all mandatory paperwork on time. | Copies of academic transcripts, test scores, and submission receipts. | Together with 3.3. |
4. Exclusions
The Guarantee is void if:
a) you cancel or miss an interview without rescheduling when allowed;
b) academic or conduct misconduct is alleged or confirmed;
c) any evidence submitted is false, altered, or incomplete;
d) you seek to recover fees via chargeback while a Guarantee claim is pending;
e) you have previously received a refund under this Guarantee.
5. Refund Procedure
5.1 Submit a written claim to alex@alexandermedic.com with all evidence required by Clause 3.
5.2 We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days and may request additional information.
5.3 Approved Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of approval.
5.4 Refund amount covers Programme fees actually paid, less any bank, currency-conversion, or third-party transaction charges that are non-recoverable.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Our total liability arising out of or in connection with this Guarantee is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.
6.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss (including lost earnings or travel costs) arising from your participation in medical-school admissions.
6.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
7. Variation & Assignment
7.1 We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on this page; changes apply prospectively.
7.2 The Guarantee is personal to the Applicant and may not be assigned or transferred.
8. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
